We've modified our favorite boy scout shorts for more functionality. The fabric is 100% cotton twill and the waistband has a unique construction like integrates the self fabric and the waistband, flat front, making it comfortable to wear. An outline like really baggie will stand out in current trend. Pre-washed, does not shrink after washing.
